The work are transforming and mirroring the past into the present. The hand axe is the earliest evidence of a tool. Could it have been a tool used for eating? Almost as a two-sided knife. A hand axe from the British museum was 3D scanned, redesigned and casted in pewter. The past and present tools are stitched to each other by solder wire.
